Preparation and circulation of Seniority list/ gradation list of IP/ASP: It is brought to your kind notice that Seniority list of Inspector Posts have not been circulated in the Punjab Circle for the knowledge of incumbents. It is, therefore, requested kindly to issue the aforesaid list of IP/ASP for determining the seniority amongst the IPs/ASPs in the circle. 	2. Convening of DPC for promotion to ASP Cadre for the year 2014-15.   It is requested to kindly convene DPC for the year 2014-15 for promotion to ASP cadre in the Circles as many other Circles namely Delhi, HP etc have already convened the same.	DPC for the promotion to ASPOs cadre has been held on 25.06.2014 and promotion Orders of the officials have been issued vide memo number STB/9-13/2012 DATED 26.06.2014.   (STB/9-13/20120) (Item discussed and closed)
	3.     Sanction/ Payment of TA bills of ASP cadre officials. It is brought to your kind notice that some Divisions are not releasing/sanctioning the TA Bills of IP/ASP officials on the one pretext or the other. It is therefore requested to kindly direct all the Divisions to expedite sanction/release of TA bills of IP/ASP officials.
